How it was drawn (draw.mjs):
  1. Before the window opened we published commit = sha256(secret):
       f4d4084dfd7e13b329ccf027bff44a734bd7c7aa921a38ae7d64c732482c0d6c
     The secret is now revealed in result.json — check: sha256(secret) == commit.
  2. Blockhash of the first Solana block at the close (slot 454414301, 02:46:29 UTC):

  3. seed = sha256(secret + blockhash)
  4. Each ticket belongs to its hero's on-chain holder at draw time (holders.json,
     slot 454433887). Tickets of heroes held by the NFT dev wallet, or of burned
     heroes (no holder), are not eligible: 5,347 tickets → 5,057 eligible.
  5. Draw k = 0,1,2: index = uint256(sha256(seed + ":" + k)) mod tickets_left, in
     tickets.csv order. After each win, every ticket held by that wallet is removed,
     so the 3 prizes go to 3 different wallets.
